§01 context

Co-working has two problems at once. People can't find the right space, and the spaces are juggling bookings, payments and logistics. offease sits between them.

Vandana and I built it as a team, and it's live now. There's the public side, where someone searches and books, and the operator side, where spaces manage what they offer. The client followed along on a live staging URL the whole way, which is how I prefer to work on basically everything.

§02 hard parts

The hard parts

  1. 01

One source of truth, two audiences

Visitors and operators look at the same listings and bookings from opposite ends. The backend is shared, so both sides agree on what's actually available.

  2. 02

    Strict priority order

It was client work with a launch date, so booking flows came first and polish came later. Shipping in small slices kept the client unblocked.
